If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund (if prepaid). If you wish to return the order fully or partially after receiving it, you can do that while the delivery person is still at your door step. After he departs, we apologize from supporting any returns for hygine & safety purposes.
In the unusual circumstance where the order fully or partially received is wrong, you can return it with the delivery person while he's still at your door step. This is why we encourage you to inspect your received items in presence of the delivery person and before he departs.
If you have paid through electronic means (Credit Card), the paid amount for the returned item(s) less any fees or commissions deducted by the cards service providers will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process.
