Return Policy

  • All goods purchased from Al Jazera markets, either from website or application, are covered by this returns policy.
  • Any goods full / partial returns shall be in the presence of the delivery representative as once the representative leave the delivery location goods returns cannot be processed.
  • If the product you buy from Aljazeera markets is faulty, damaged, or if you are not satisfied with it, then we will offer to refund the purchase price, exchange the product, or we will repair it if possible after submitting your claim to Customer service.
  • For all items, mainly fresh & chilled food, and for hygiene reasons, we will be unable to accept these due to having changed your mind.
  • In addition to claims for Electronic products, at our discretion we offer to refund the purchase price if you have simply changed your mind we can return the products only to us unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and the product is still in a saleable condition within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • The warranty period for electronic products is according to the product. If the product is damaged during the warranty period, please refer to the agent with a copy of the purchase invoice.
  • In providing refunds, it will be our discretion to either refunding the purchase price in either the same original payment method, or another method that fits the regulations of our store.
  • If you have paid through electronic means (Credit Card), the paid amount for the returned item(s) less any fees or commissions deducted by the cards service providers will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement, depending on individual’s bank process
